With such a colonial atmosphere as the building itself, its interior design shows architectural vestiges of nearly three hundred years of history. The restaurant specializes in Cuban and international cuisine and local recipes include a variety of delicious traditional dishes which date back to the 19th century, such as the Fish fillet cooked in a colonial-type mill, garnished with sugar cane and seasoned with ginger sauce.
