80% of founding team still collaborates with the project. 

Some elements on the founders: average age on the day of release: 30, 100% Cubans, 60% Industriales baseball club supporters, 40% supporting “a range of teams from the center of the Island”.

100% were able to cook, but only 40% were able to mention more than 10 restaurants.

80% politically affiliated, 80% were V.I. Lenin Senior High School graduates (that is why we seem so self sufficient).

60% college graduates, 20% college students, 20% drop-outs (standard of the tech industry).

60% of AlaMesa’s founders had no need of working out to keep in shape.

40% of AlaMesa’s founders lived with their parents. They still live with their parents. That may be a tech industry standard as well… especially in Cuba.

60% were single and had no stable relation. That might be, along with the number of restaurants we know, the only variable in which we have made a substantial improvement.
